1. Acceptance of The Use of MilMak Industries, LLC (also referred to as MILMAK BLADES) Website Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the MILMAK BLADES website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by law. By using the MILMAK BLADES website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop and cease using the MILMAK BLADES website for any reason purpose.
2. Credit Card Details
Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately once the order is placed and there shall be no refunds or credits unless authorized in writing by MILMAK BLADES.

Any user expressly disclaims any right to punitive or exemplary damages.
7.3 MILMAK BLADES makes absolutely no warranty that the functionality of the MILMAK BLADES website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the MILMAK BLADES website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
7.4 MILMAK BLADES shall have no liability if any of its products are misused or used in any inappropriate or illegal manner. A user is urged to seek proper training and education in regard to the use of any MILMAK BLADES product.
7.5 Knife steel is raw. Steel may show characteristics of raw steel from factory. This is from the process of how raw steel is manufactured.
8. Warranty
MILMAK BLADES conducts its business in a proper, honest, and fair manner. MILMAK BLADES products are designed to be used as tools in a broad range of proper use cutting applications. Like all tools, MILMAK BLADES products require proper maintenance to function and will experience everyday wear and tear through being carried and used. The nature of this everyday wear and tear is subjective, and as such warranty can only be determined internally through MILMAK BLADES (not through blanket warranty across all products).

9. Return & Repair Policy
All custom work completed by MILMAK BLADES is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of MILMAK BLADES. All unused unopened products may be returned within 15 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases and shipping will not be refunded. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting MILMAK BLADES’s service department by emailing milmakaz@gmail.com or by calling the shop, 602-290-4295. No collect calls will be accepted.
10. Order Cancellations
All requests for an order cancellation must be submitted via email to milmakaz@gmail.com.
11. Website Terms
MILMAK BLADES strives to accurately describe and represent all products; however, errors may occur. The actual product itself will supersede any description. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. MILMAK BLADES reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct any unknown errors in product listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at MILMAK BLADES’s discretion. In the event of a conflict in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. MILMAK BLADES makes no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present.
12. Blade and Tool Purchases
MILMAK BLADES ships direct to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items.
MILMAK BLADES reserves the right to cancel/refund orders made utilizing third-party software.
MILMAK BLADES encourages buyers to familiarize themselves with applicable laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged weapons in their states and jurisdictions.
14. Lead Times
MILMAK BLADES lead times are estimates and MILMAK BLADES will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 30 days.
15. Shipping
MILMAK BLADES is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Insurance on a package is optional at checkout. All orders over 100$ a require signature upon receipt.
16. Indemnity
Any use/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold MILMAK BLADES and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs, and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against or suffered by MILMAK BLADES arising out of any breach by user/purchaser of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of the use of MILMAK BLADES website. The foregoing indemnity shall have no limit in its scope or duration.
17. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state of Arizona. Venue is only appropriate in the state of Arizona and the United States of America, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Arizona. Venue is only appropriate in the state of Arizona, County of Maricopa.
